We arrived early but a phone call to Katie and she was around at the apartment in 5 minutes. Very friendly and explained everything to us. Apartment was clean with a nice large bathroom. Very happy with our stay.

Our stay in London was fantastic! The apartment is very well located in London (less than 5 min walk from the metro station most central London). Very clean, very comfortable and nothing is missing! I easily recommend my friends and family!

I stayed in this apartment twice & it was great. Special thanks for Katie & Jackie for being so accommodating. The flat is in a great part of London for the 'Not For Tourists' folk, great bus links, restaurants, flower market and a nice stroll into the city. City farm across the street. Apartment was very clean, comfy & fun with everything you'd need in a home away from home.

I'm delighted to recommend the Sandwich Street apartment to you.
It was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Nicely furnished, and books in a bookcase. There was an instruction booklet that covered every question I wanted to ask, and it was very easy to set up wi fi at the table in the living room.
Everything was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen, easy to work in and very welcoming: someone having thoughtfully provided enough tea, coffee and sugar for the first few days. The place is quiet, and even though it's on a high floor, for those who prefer not to climb, there is a lift.
The neighborhood is convenient to everything and especially attractive to people like me who study at the British Library.

I really have only positive feedback to say. Its spacious, quiet, comfortable, and has everything one needs. No problems at all with heating/hot water/etc. I'll definitely stay there again in my next trip to the British Library and will recommend it to friends and colleagues. Thanks again! All best, Daniel

The apartment was situated in an incredibly convenient location. Two tube stations were very close by, and buses stopped opposite the apartment.
The block is on a main road, but as the apartment is at the rear of the building, street noise is not too bad. There is a wide selection of restaurants, pubs, cafes and supermarkets on the block, and it's quite a safe area.
There are also a number of parks nearby, including Coram's Field for those with young children. Cooking facilities are adequate, crockery and cookware well-provided and the main bedroom is very comfortable.
I would not recommend the sofa bed for adults other than a very short stay. Security for the building is good, and the elevator is great if you have heavy suitcases. We enjoyed our stay at Hamilton House and would consider it for return trips.

The apartment was wonderful... cozy, comfortable, and quiet. Also it met all of our needs and the location was wonderful.
A nice quiet street just a few minute walk from the Russell Sq. Station. We also appreciated the nearby convenience/grocery stores.
